Norway Night Dark Theme - plugin detail

This is a nice dark theme based on the Norway Today Netbeans theme and Jeshua's TomorrowNight theme. It works especially well with C++ using the standard Netbeans Dark Look and Feel plugin. Nice and soothing on the eyes, with well-chosen coloring. Substantial changes have been made to highlighting and annotations, including the 'History' diff tab, to make the IDE colors fit nicely with the standard Dark Look and Feel plugin. Updated for use with Netbeans 8.2.

What's new in this version

- Changed selected text highlight color for nicer aesthetics.
- Fixed slight color discrepancy between C++ Header and Source keywords.
- Fixed case statement indentation.
- Fixed odd character font inconsistency and slight color discrepancy. Added better Java syntax support.
- Makefile coloring adjusted. Diff, debug and breakpoint coloring fixed, see the 'History' tab in your editor, the diff changes are very nice (the default Norway Today theme does not fix coloring here).
- Default changed back to C++11, Netbeans has poor support for gcc 6 in Ubuntu 16.10. (This can be changed back to C++14 in the C++ settings in Tools->Options->C++->Other->Default_Standard if desired. Alternatively, you can choose to not import the C++ 'Other' settings)
- Javadoc colors adjusted slightly.

Introduction

This is a nice dark theme based on the Norway Today Netbeans theme and Jeshua's TomorrowNight theme. It works especially well with C++ using the standard Netbeans Dark Look and Feel plugin. Nice and soothing on the eyes, with well-chosen coloring.

Installation:
1. Make sure you have the Dark Look and Feel Themes plugin installed from Tools->Plugins>Available_Plugins first.
2. Select 'Dark Metal' theme from Tools->Options->Appearance->Look and Feel
3. If text is super small after switching from GTK+ theme on Ubuntu, edit netbeans.conf in the etc subdirectory where you installed Netbeans and append --fontsize 16 (or whatever fontsize works best on your display) to netbeans_default_options
4. To install editor theme, go to Tools->Options->Fonts & Colors->Import and select downloaded .zip archive. You may have to adjust the font size in the editor settings.
