Introduction
To install this download the zip file then extract. Then open netbeans go to Tools --> Palette --> Swing/AWT Components. Then from the window which opening click Add From Jar. Then Select the NumericTextField.jar file click next. Then select NumericTextField click next. Select a category click finish. :D :D
Lastly this code is not mine i found it from web but i thought putting it here. So that will help lot of people.
