Introduction

Two projects, one a web service exposing a database with music data, the other provides a web interface that interacts with the web service, via JavaScript.

End-to-End Web Service Tutorial: Music Application

To set up and successfully deploy this sample, take these steps:

1. Install the module attached to this page.
2. Install the RESTful Web Services plugin, as described in the tutorial.
3. Create Music database, as described in the tutorial.
4. Open New Project wizard (Ctrl-Shift-N).
5. In Samples | Web Services | Music, create "MusicDB" application.
6. Deploy it.
7. In same category above, create "MusicApp" application.
8. Deploy it.
