Working directory

You should setup working directory for the application.
Now, the executable cannot locate resources when relative paths are used, eg "./logo.png"

Output in console

it would be nice if an Output of f.ex *.bat file will be sent to Netbeans Output Console - if it's possible, because now its working in a background.
