I downloaded the plugin (which I use in its various forms at least since about 2005, often downloading it from the deadlock-server for the recent NetBeans version depending on the actual policy concerning XSD-editing support); I voted with a 5 but the display of "0 by 2 users" confuses me; as well as the message that: "You already rated: 5 ". Maybe I don't understand the rating-system; maybe it doesn't work the way it's expected to do?!?
