Copy and Paste Detector

At this time phpcpd is not available as an action item, you can use it only via "scan this". (see pictures on sourceforge project homepage) I'm not sure if phpcpd will ever become an action item...

How can I use Copy & Paste Detector?

I configured PHPCPD but not found how to use it. I tried to see through the Action Items window but does not acknowledge anything in my projects. Found that the Action Items no filter specific pro PHPCPD only for PHPCS and PHPMD.
