I just checked the plugin with Build 201110310600 and it works ok.
Could you try with a newer build and tell me if it still has trouble?

Issue with Frameworks selection page
I try to use this plugin on my Netbeans 7.1 fnd it looks like plugin wrong works with Web Project Frameworks property page. Unless carmesi plugin uninstalled Frameworks page not shown in project properties page...
Used Netbeans - Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build nbms-and-javadoc-7965-on-20110925)
