Try downloading it from this url https://nbecho2support.dev.java.net/files/documents/6714/61544/org-netbeans-modules-web-echo2.nbm . This is a nightly build. i dont think there has been any release so far.

Where to download? Is it still alife?
Clicking the download button above did not lead me to a page where I could download this plugin. Impressed by the demo pages I am very interested to test it for my own.
