Introduction

Lets you create TopComponents without Matisse GUI builder design view. Everything that the standard Window Component wizard creates is created, except that the ".form" file is not created, and the code in the ".java" file that refers to the GroupLayout and other stuff (i.e., the "initComponent()" blue block area as well as the call to it from the constructor) is absent.

Warning: You MUST be using NetBeans IDE 6.9 Beta (nothing later, nothing earlier, not daily builds, not RC, not anything else), since internal APIs are used, which are specific to specific builds of the IDE. If you are NOT using NetBeans IDE 6.9 Beta, the plugin will fail to be installed.
