Introduction
A bunch of templates, like javadoc package.html, overview.html, and javadoc.css.
What's new in this version
Added more javadoc.css templates.
Added java-help page describing the usage of this module.
Reorganized the wizard folder view, added a very simple package.html template
Fixed some descriptions, added more templates

doesnt work for CSS files?
The notes in the WIKI about how to make you extra Javadoc files build properly in NetBeans is very helpful.
The CSS file wizard doesn't work properly. You go through to Finish, and the dialog box doesn't close. And the CSS file it makes is blank.
But, it doesn't break anything.
