Breadcrumb - plugin detail

Introduction
Provides a small "breadcrumb" list of recently edited files in the status line at the bottom of the main window. Click a file name to navigate to it. Alt-click to remove and remove a file and ignore it in the future. Hover the mouse to scroll back and forth. Right click for popup menu.

Improved miniature icon generation; try to use Small Fonts on Windows for better readability.

API Dependency Issue with 6.5
Plugin depends on Text API >= 6.22, but stock NB6.5 currently only has 6.21.2.
