Introduction

Stripes is a presentation framework for building web applications using the latest Java technologies. The main driver behind Stripes is that web application development in Java is just too much work! It seems like every existing framework requires gobs of configuration. And thats why this one doesn't, see Stripes for more INFO.

A useful little plugin for setting up a Stripes based web application.

It should be noted that a java logging framework library will need to be added to your project as well. Ordinarily Stripes ships with commons-logging but there is a conflict with this and NB6 (which causes Stripes tags to generate error message in JSP editor). A good alternative to commons-logging is at is http://www.slf4j.org.
